The estate's original manor house and octagonal dairy barn have been restored and are open for tours in the summer.
Campsites are located in close proximity to the lake and includes a nearby dock. A hike on the opposite side of the park also features a short but steep stair-climb to Fintry Falls of Shorts Creek, the park's main feature.

Great campsite, lots of room between campsites. The campsite itself is very spacious. Washrooms are kept very clean. Short walk to the beach. Bring a sun shelter, there is no shade. It does get very windy in the afternoons, depending on the time of year. We were there mid July and lost one of our canopies. They do sell ice at the check in point.
We were pleasantly surprised by our stay at Fintry. We got lucky with a site super close to the water, with a tree, which I would say is a must. Most of the sites are baking hot so be careful and pack your own shade. The close (like 50 ft away), calm water is so wonderful for late night dips and star gazing. Not a cliff jumping kind of spot, but plenty of sandy beach to feel like it's private. The manor house and museum was super interesting to give a glimpse of history in the area. Would love to go back when looking for a chill, book reading and SUP kinda holiday.
