I’m one of the two people working on Campnab. I like to run, ski, bike, and camp with my family and friends. (I love saunas.)

This week’s featured park is Mount Robson Provincial Park. If you live in Western Canada, you’ve probably already been there. If you haven’t, you seriously need to rethink your priorities. (I’m not joking. It’s truly that beautiful.)

A short hike up the trail will take you to the picturesque Kinney Lake. If you stay on the Berg Lake Trail, you’ll find more treasures, ranging from waterfalls to mountain peaks to wildlife—and four biogeoclimatic zones. Around the 23 kilometer mark, you’ll find the above pictured lake. You might be brave enough to take a dip, but those chilly waters will certainly result in… well… shrinkage.

B.C.’s second oldest provincial park borders Jasper National Park and is the starting point of B.C.’s longest river (at 1,378 km in length), the Fraser. The park measures 225,777 hectares and boasts the province’s highest peak (at 3,954 meters). It’s also a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
