Definition of auto-cancel
To auto-cancel means for a reservation, hold, or booking attempt to be canceled automatically by the system when certain conditions are not met, such as incomplete payment or an expired hold period.
An example of auto-cancel in a sentence
If payment isn’t completed in time, the system may auto-cancel the booking and return the site to inventory.
