Definition of everyday carry (EDC)
A classification of useful items that the owner will carry on their person every day. Examples of EDC objects include multitools, flashlights, tactical pens, and folding knives. Having these items on hand allows the owner to be prepared for everyday problems and potentially dangerous situations.
