I’m one of the two people working on Campnab. I like to run, ski, bike, and camp with my family and friends. (I love saunas.)

Every once in a while, I wake up to an angry voice mail. It’s a caller who’s pissed about Campnab. They didn’t receive any alerts. Or, they didn’t realize that subscriptions renew monthly. Or, they received an alert, only to learn that the spot was already rebooked.

Most times, we can find a solution to these problems. We help the member set up their scan differently. We switch them to a pay-per-use option. Or, we get them on a higher-frequency plan. (Sometimes we even discover a bug that’s preventing scans from running properly.) In any event, we’ll figure out what’s going on, and make it right. 👍
