I’m one of the two people working on Campnab. I like to run, ski, bike, and camp with my family and friends. (I love saunas.)

Find me:

Over March, we ran a fun little contest called The Camping Games. Over that time, a handful of folks participated and shared some great reviews, photos, and tips. In doing so they helped create some helpful park information for the rest of us to rely on.

Let me tell you about our Camping Games winners…

In third place is Ginny Brideau with a total of 670 points. She wrote a number of reviews—especially of state parks in California. She shared lots of good information with her wry sense of humor. Ginny takes home the uber-stylish Campnab trucker hat. (It is a thing of beauty, eh?)

Second is Caroline Anne Robbins with 730 points. Caroline doesn’t write a lot of reviews, but the ones she contributes (and her photos) are wicked-good! Check out her takes on Killbear Provincial Park, Neys Provincial Park, and Sleeping Giant Provincial Park. She’s going to be sporting a nicely embroidered Campnab hoodie at the campground.

Our winner is Carl Crumley who accumulated a whopping 1,760 points. Carl’s been traveling all over the place, has visited oodles of parks (we are highly envious), and has taken some amazing photos along the way. He also documents the campsites he stays in, which afford a great insight into what you can expect to find at these parks. He’s loaded up with a 3-month Campnab membership. Noice!

Honorable mentions go to Bob Knight (565 points), Erica Manger (275 points), Jessica O. (190 points), Stephanie Burrows (175 points), and Surf Hag (30 points). Thanks to all of you for participating and your contributions! We LOVE your insights, support, and enthusiasm!

Want to read their park reviews? You’ll find the whole lot in the Campnab Community. That’s a wrap for The Camping Games, but we might have another in May. We’ll keep you informed about the details as we figure out the next step in this little game.
