I’m one of the two people working on Campnab. I like to run, ski, bike, and camp with my family and friends. (I love saunas.)

We’ve always made it easy to cancel your Campnab plan. Just visit your Dashboard or Plan page and click the Cancel button. We won’t bug you with surveys or try to trick you into keeping your plan running. Once you’re done, you’re done. Enough said.

A lot of you told us that you didn’t want to cancel. You only wanted to take a break during the winter months—or while you weren’t camping. Some asked us for a way to put their plans on hold and have them automatically resume in the spring. Well, now you can! 😎

Don’t need Campnab for a few months? Head to your Plan page and click Hibernate plan.

Then select the date you’d like your Campnab plan to resume service.

Once you’ve done this, your membership will remain active until the end of your paid term. When that date passes, your plan will hibernate until the date you set your membership to resume. (You won’t see any membership charges during the hibernation period.)

We’ll text you a few days before your plan comes out of hibernation. Want to resume service early or cancel entirely? No problem! You can do so anytime from your Plan page.

Obviously, just canceling for the off-season and returning when you wish is still AOK. That said, if you prefer to have your plan automatically resume on a set date, plan hibernation will allow you to do that.
